At Silk Warrior Fighting Arts, we believe that safety is not just about the absence of conflict, but a state of complete physical, mental, and awareness. Our instructor, Michelle Manu, started this training to help people achieve optimal health and safety through personalized coaching and support.
We take a hands on approach to personal defense, focusing on awareness, exercise, stress management, and overall well-being. Our training services are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
Our clients come from all walks of life and have a variety of personal goals. Some want of their previous training updated and to see and learn something new and exciting with a touch of flavor.
We will be having in person classes with Michelle Manu in your city, so feel free to visit during training hours.
